Just spoke to Building and Designs approval department of Bahria Town Lahore. There is no such nonsense imposed and they have no intention of considering it in future too.

Dear Shoaib,
I am the victum of that'nonsence' condition imposed by BT that every block have the fixed front elevation. In this regard I met with the head of design wing Mr. Waseem and the head of Admin Brigd Ahad, but thay have 'fixed minds' so I have decided to wait till the time BT acquired some wisdom, otherwise I may quit and sell the plot.

Dear shoaib they fixed it for all new blocks jasmine gulmohar chambeli tulip etc. But i think not for one kanal.

this is not good at all. I most likely cancel my plans to buy and build in Bahria now. Not sure if its happening in Rawalpindi/Islamabad also.

what is wrong with that. It is better for any neighborhood. Looks better and gives a sense of uniformity

Please go and visit the uniform elevation residential and commercial areas, it looks fantastic, more beautiful.
