I have paid all installments for my 8Marla Plot in ROSE Block and street # 21 in DHA Valley Islamabad.
what is the market price for this?

less than the price you paid, still in minus and ithink it will be in minus for couple of more months |

A lot of rumours are in the market related to DHA Velley's future. Is there any update on the subject? Will the valley survive or not? I have heard that ROSE Block may not exist as DHA is planning to cancell the allotment of all blocks except 4 |

No cancellation of plots have been done at DHA valley , and there is no priority wise blocks which have has high market value as compared to others.
Now in my opinion it is really very very astonishing that management is not vocal, they are acting in a fashion as it is of some irrelevant scheme and they are not bothered even to clear their current position. |
