DHA-8 is one of the best phase where development has already started and price will go high along with development You can buy on ground plot within your budget. If you can wait further buy DHA-9 file where your will get good return and your LUCK can enhance it further by getting a good location plot.

Do not buy other then DHA It is sincere advise, Choice is your "

Please do not go on file, you will be in trouble & tied like past experiences

In seven million go for plot. Preferably in phase 8 or in phase 8 park view -G block - Ready for construction

Dear Nazi please add 10-15 lakhs more, even if you have to wait,buy a possession plot in Phase 8 parkview in B, C, D,E or F blocks only,I respect what MR. Abdul is saying but why to buy a non possession plot in phase 8 when you can buy a possession (ready to build) plot in Parkview, which has any day better location than phase 8. Parkview would soon be walled and you have all utilities available there and what a location. Just opposite Lahore Airport it is and please do visit it. Phase 8 proper is a barren land which has not yet been levelled, buy an on ground plot not a promise. In my view Parkview would be the most prestigious phase of DHA and it's much undervalued currently. If everybody understands that then everybody would make money but that doesnot happen for any investment. I am not a dealer but an investor myself.

I fully agree with RZ, it is the best place but still underpriced. Within this budget, G-block is the best option. DHA has started constructing boundry wall, so village will be isolated and saperated from DHA. In coming time there will not be any plot in this budget, so decide now or never.

I think RZ is Correct Park View is Good, I think we cant say any thing about DHA 8 untill it delivered, ALL DHA 6 and 7 is level But Phase 8 I saw with my Own eyes, and they they are levelling Land some 8 to 10 Feet Below Road Level, I Dont Think They will do that Much Filling, Jut wait and see what Comes out of DHA 8. I am sure DHA 7 will be better than that.

Further see the prices as posted by LRE, which are reliable in all ways, the upper range for one canal parkview plot is the lowest range for phase 5 while parkview has better location. Imagine traffic load in main defense area once phase 5, 6, 7 and 8 are inhabited. While parkview is independent and have direct access from Upper mall.
