I intends to buy few plots in NFC 2 for investment purpose. I would like to know how one can aviod duplicate files while purchasing plots. Expert opinion are wellcomed.

thank you for such a valuable information. please let me know one can ensure that polt is not pledge with LDA. I understand that in case of pledge rather original documents are handed over. if it is so then how sale transaction can be carried out. |
