Dear salman and others
I have a good location plot in phase 6 c block of approx 90 lac at present. I don't need to constuct a house there.but rather want some good investment . What are options to me.should I dispose of now and get two plots elsewhere in phase 7 , construct a house on it after 4 years and sell it , just keep on and wait for price escalation as it is likely to be of 110-120 lac when area develops fully, or sell it and buy 3 files of phase 9, I want to preferably remain within DhA

Keep your plot for at least an other 3 years You will have good return Insha Allah, buying in DHA-7 is like sailing a horse and buying two donkeys. DHA-9 is better option but may frustrate you time wise otherwise DAH-9 can bring much high return.
Remember it is all in the hand of Allah SWT to increase or decrease the RIZAK otherwise all foolish will die. Luck count a lot and faith on Allah does matter. Best of Luck what ever you decide. |
