Thanks for your post. Are these realistic prices or to much air in baloon. In Phase 6 one may get a plot ready to live plot in D,F type sectors at a price of 95 lakh.

I think that price is overshooting without any reason , apology with owners and Saeed sb,but, it is my personal assesment.

This hike is because of Development Work got started and also buyer is available in the market to some extent. Few months ago plots on installment in S block are offered in the market at loss now the same plots are selling now @ profit.

I agree with Ibrahim phase 8 is overvalued one can have a possession plot in phase 6 and parkview in this price and a good one, either phase 8 is overvalued or phase 6 and parkview are undervalued. There is no way that possession could be available on phase 8 proper before 3-5 years. Mr. Seed can you confirm that on phase 8 possession can be availble before three years. I am not sure
