Dear Experts,
Please inform what is the scope of Sector I-11 Islamabad in near future?
I have my plot since last 3 years and i am listening from people who has plots since last 20 years and they still have hope like me about this sector to comeup and can build house..
I dont know when this dream will come true??
I still keep my plot just as a hope that after 1 two 3 four months or so on.......... this sctor will build up and ready to make a house there.
I think i made a big mistake . if i were to take a plot in G-13 it was worth.
Whats comparision of G-13 D-12 with I-11 i think I-11 is nothing......
Alas i could do so...
Now pls advise should i keep it or sell it and where i have to buy the new plot?? I am sad with this situation plsssssssssss guide me properly...

Brother Khalid, I don't know anything about I-11 but I do advice you to not be sad. I too am in a similar situation as an owner in D-12. I even have my house 99% built on it but the sector is still unlivable after so many years. Just relax and don't take material things to heart. If you can sell it, then go ahead and sell your plot and build in some private society like BT or even DHA. CDA is filled with corruption and there is little hope they will get their act together anytime soon. |

I agree with ks's remarks but CORRUPTION is not a crime in the books for present Goverment instead the corrupts are the most honorables. |

Another area you may consider is Zaraj and other such private hosing schemes.
I also now recall that I-11 is where all the slums are in front of Metro Cash & Carry. If that is the case, it will take a long time to vacate that place and cleanup. Therefore don't wait and go to other developed private societies. |

i think future lies with F-17. B 17 of multi is not a good option.
its uneven land with filling and 13 km from tarnol
F 17 is even samll manageable society and 3 km from tarnol
you can compare the present market rates of both sectors and you will come to know about the truth.
7 marla plot in F 17 is 20 to 28 lac
10 marla plot in F 17 is 30 to 38 lac..
so as they say coming events cast their shadow soo dont miss the chance to get the feel of islamabad living with an affordable price in F 17
this argument is totally impartial and unbiased and to clear further i dont even had a plot in either of these societies.
so as a sadqe jaria i want to advice you to go for F 17 rather than B 17 if you are deciding among these two sectors

Better sell it ........... if you could do that :(. I have been living in I-10 for so many years; I don't think I-11 will come in to this planned form even in next ten years. |
