any person can help me to give me the formula to ascertain approximate cost of constructio of
a) 20*30 sqt shops
b)1000 sqft ground and ist and second floor construction cost

20*30 sqt shops
Approximate cost = 20 x 30 x 1950 = Rs. 11,70,000/=

1000 sqft ground and ist and second floor construction cost

Approximate cost Total = 1.65 x 0.72 x 1000 x 1950 = Rs. 24,00,000

@abc123 , Will you please explain the multiplying figures ie 1.65 and 0.72 for a layman like me to understand it. Regards
