If You are OK with Bit of Uncertainty in terms of Time and location 28 plus 14,15 Lac development Charges makes total 42 to 43 Lac , this is good if you are delivered good Location level Plot.
If You want more certain thing then you may go for DHA 7 today, You may get Bad Location near Village or Average location Near BRB, or Good Location in Z2 Block. If I am in your place I would Like to Find in DHA 7 in 45 Lac Budget.
I agree with arguments of friends that many of Phase 9 Plots will be better than DHA 7 Location wise, but what if you get on village Boundary, near hadiara drain or 12 feet Below road Level or Facing Graveyard then what?
You Know Many deep Plots in DHA 5 are still waiting for construction, Have a look of L and B Block, Even If You are ready to make House in deep Pits But others are not then You are stuck, left and right pits can spoil your expensive construction. Track record of DHA is that good locations are always given to dear ones. |
