Dear All,
Any update about Khayaban e Amin. I have been paying them every 3 months the installment of development charges but what about the development status. Any news about possession???

muhahahaha ... sympathise with u, i hav a filee too BUT not paying them because I dnt have money, i kno it sound it look funny. I dnt think they will be able to give posession in next 2 years. dua kren ring road ban jaye. |

I visited the site y months ago and was surprised to see the development work done in last one year, the roads are available till the last corner, I mean Q block and the development work is in full swing, beautiful land scaping with parks and open areas.
I request the members to plz keep paying the development charges to help the society complete the development as early as possible.
All of you are invited to visit the society and keep us updated with the progress. |

hi sir i also pay development charges chaudry sab ager development charges late hota ha to sahirs sab fine nai kara ga or rai bat ring road ki wo 10sal nai bana ga shabaz sarife na sara pasa matro bus road par laga daya ha |

Dear Haroon, Khayaban-E-Amin is a good place to live as per my opinion. You may visit the society and decide. I think the management of this society is bit weak and so marketing too as their response to customer is not swift and satisfactory. Most of the staff in site office is not attended customers properly. They only need a good team to attend the customers with proper information i.e price, exact location of plot/house, development progress, possession time etc.
This is not the best but very good society in Lahore to live. |

Well, I am satisfied with the progress, My Installments were completed in Jul 2012 and then waited for the possession letter. Just 2 days ago I got the possession letter and the possession will be given in November 2012 right after Eid al-Adha (INSHALLAH). |
