i have completed the structure of house with covered area of 4500sq feet in islamabd.in the next phase i want the advice on the following issues


1. Whether to use marble or sonex tiles? what are the pros and cons of both? whats the marble rates in islamabad of parlino.. is that a good quality marble? also quote the labour charges?

2. whats the option in aluminium windows and glass and whats their prices? i have heard that you can save a lot of money if you buy the raw material(aluminium chawla) and then construct the windows on labour rates..

3. there are 24 doors in the house. i want to have diar doors in the house. the estimate of wood given by the carpenter was 107 sq feet.. i want to bring the wood from hawalein timber market and construct the doors from a carpenter here. kindly tell me is there any legal issues to bring the timber from hawalein to islamabad? whats the diar rate(normal quality)? and whats the carpenter charges

4. whats the best sanitory fittings?

5. whats the paint for interior and exterior?

6. do chakwal stone or any other stone remonded for elevation?

7. khaprail charges?

8. electric cable?
