Dear Karam please make a rule, buy always an onground possession plot or a house, however small it may be. People have ruined their wealth having invested in non possession plots and files, plus the very feeling that you have no control over your money is devastating too, waiting for decisions of societies is atrocious, so save some more, park your money in a deposit or buy gold for an year then buy a possession plot in phase 6 or parkview (80 lacs plus) or may be a small house in a developing phase of DHA |
