First of all i will appreciate this site as well as this forum which will help us too much about the status of different societies.
As i am going to retire in next month so i want your people sincere advise.I want to invest my money in property sector and want to know which society is best for investment purpose.
1.NFC PHASE 2
2. State-life phase2
3.LDA Avenue
Kindly help me out and suggest me which one is best for investment and what is the price range of 1 kanal plot in these societies.If you have any other options other than DHA PHASE 9-10 FILES then let me know.

If it is For Investment Only and You will sell at leater stage
Then NFC 2 is best and Traget should be 5 to 6 ys
LDA avenue One has Issues and You will Have To Lookaafter Your plot for Occupation etc Target is 3,4 ys
There are certain Sovieties with On graond Plots and Good For Bothe Investent and Home Making
Like IEP 20 to 25 Lac range
Lake View 25 to 32 Range
Fazaia 22 to 27 range
AWT 16 to 18 range
People say for pure buying and selling 5 Merla Plot are Better as these can Be sold without CVT and Stamp etc |

I have heard that F BLOCK is very much good for investment is it so?
Whats the price range in F block on main 120 feet road near commercial as many people says that they were heart of lda.Suggest so other good block on 100 feet road and 60 feet road. |

In F block 120 feet road price range 57 to 63lacs depending on location and availabilty of plot also F and C block dividing 100 feet road good option future commercial point of view because this road connect with EME society through D block 100 feet road ALSO F,D,C block round about 150 by 100 feet junction good option. |
