Please suggest me, which is the best option?
DHA 7 or Parkview DHA8?
I have a budget of 6Mio.

If 10M then go to DHA-6 A Block, it is better than parkview. |

10M best option in this budget is Phase-5.
A new DHA best phase.

There are about 150 plots of 10 marla in DHA phase-8 (ex Parkview) thats why the price tag is 55-60 lac while you can get one kanal good location in G-black @ about 70-75 lac. Just compare the price difference !!!!! |

The shifted EX-PARKVIEW plots in phase 7 has great potential.
They have just kicked-out work. Probably it will get a million in next 02 quarters.
Consider for solid investment. |

Save some more- 2-3 million and buy a possession plot be it in Phase 6 or Parkview. Parkview is livable as of today and appears to be undervalued. How many times in 50 years airports are built Parkview is just opposite airport and have all amenities plus check the quality of roads and service lanes...the first thing you see when you land at lahore airport and come out of it is Parkview. |

In this budget: 10M Phase 5 L-block is best. After conection to ring raod from in front of Sui Gas, it will be the best and closest place from Ring road in defence. It is also undervalued. |
