No doubt that lily and oleander are two blocks among the lucky blocks which are not cancelled . and due to DHA Homes they would be the 1st one to get populated after possession as compared to the rest of valley, but still i say that buying at this stage is not advisable, any way if u r getting it at a cheaper rate u may opt for it.coz in next year after posseion the rate would be almost double especially in sunflower, lily , bogen villa, oleander, magnolia etc |
