Dear Naveed please explain for my guidance in which phase of DHA, plot holders got possession in even three years from balloting and DHA doesn't even promise that, please mention it for my knowledge, may be i am missing something, all prices increase in future but it's the percentage and the probability of increase which matters. The meaning of on ground plot is that you have it ready for possession not that you can locate it on map.
