If we speak about 6 months ago, there were few good options like State life 1 and NFC 2. Prices have increased in both Societies in last 6 months. State life 1 Kanal gained about 5/6 lacs and NFC2 about 2/3 lacs. Real market value could be different but dealers are quoting very high prices. You can still find a good 1 Kanal plot in NFC2 on 100 feet road around 12 to 13.50 in good blocks lacs without development charges, I will suggest to go for that quickly and don't delay.
If your budget is healthy then Phase 5 ext. and phase 7 plots would also be good choices as they will also gain within 3 years.
