DHA Phase 6 Plot Transfer *Gift*
Dear Gurus, Experts & LRE team,
Please help me by answering the question.
I and my brother together bought a plot in Phase 6 Sector C. We both invested 50 %.
Now I want to take full ownership of the plot. I will pay remaining half share as per the market price. But what will be the procedure to transfer the ownership to completely my name.
Can my brother Transfer his share by declaring as gift his share to me.
Please Guide.
