Hi,
I am currently in Omana but based in Australia working with Shell .Please confirm the price of 5 Marla Brand New excellent house in dha /wapda town . I want to rent the house after purchase . Is 6 million a realistic budget ?

WAPDA Town 55 Lac and DHA Lahore phase 5, B and D Blocks, 65 Lac It is for average brand new house Two stories 3 bed with attached baths. there can be Plus Minus depending upon Location and degree of perfection of work

To Buy a brand new House For renting is not Good idea, You Lose 25% of Value just in 2 year of rough rental use, 2,3 years old rented house can be found in same Localities can be found 10 to 15 Lac cheaper than above told price. If You want to buy a house for rent then better buy in Johar town near Allah ho chowk or Faisal town D block old but well Built 2 portion House,
Just 40 to 45 Lac House can generate upto 25 to 30 K rent, Rental value Cost/rental income ratio in these areas is better than DHA Lahore

Jameel Sab, what will be value of 3.5 marla house which is old 3-4 year near Allah ho Chowk / Johar town. I want to purchase.

Thanks can u guide for a good house in Faisal Town / Johar Town . In Johar Town there is bit litigation , i heard . Moreover , I am a expat Pakistani , I want to rent where there is no chance of Qabza etc . Although , I am just 34 but have moved out of Pakistan since last 12 yearsd when I did my Engineering , if you are a Property dealer send me your number

@ 123 I know some very good Houses of 3.5 Merla in BOR [Board of revenue very Near Jinnah Hospital] , It is even Better Location than Johar Town, These are mostly 15 Ys Old Built Houses and Price is 33 to 35 Lac Mostly they need revovation but rental Yield is Good Most are Made in 2 portions and Can fetch easily 20 to 24 K rent,
The Road is als 30 feet wide. To my Knowlege there are not many 3.5 merla Houses in Johar Town
