Asalam o alikum i recently visited bahria enclave..just a single word its an "Island" cudn't believe on my eyes 150 feet new road yet to be carpeted very soon possession of 10 Marla and 1 kanal plots..but 1 thing
1.Y bahria artificially increase the prices of their plots plots as u see on new booking criteria?
2.Y There is no land yet being decided for 5 marla plots?
last but no least is it wise to buy plot of 5 marla old booking from open market?
