I am planning to construct my house at 500 sq. yd (50*90) located in DHAI but do not have any experience in this regard. So I inivite suggestions from brothers/friends visiting this vebsite for the following aspects:
1-Covered area viz-a-viz open area
2-What should be house design for attracting maximum rental value/resale value.
3-Use of bricks v/s concrete Blocks.
4-average budget required for A class construction.
