i have 8 marla plot in Lily block of DHA Valley. its my 1st investment in real estate.
1) what are the phases till i get possession?
2) what will be an approx amount i need to give till till i get full possession?

gentleman you have to wait a bit ,there is no specified time but probably year or so till the possession of dha homes ,they will take some dev charges before possession,it will be agood investment

when it comes to point that u r investing then be relax , u r investing in land and definitely the result cannot be revealed in days, DHA valley management is working to deliver, Lily block is on the top as in present circumstance. DHA homes are ready and soon they will offer the possession , so u better wait and dnt throw ur plots at minus or at break even , have some patience, 2013 is the tentative commitment made by DHA , lets c their commitment

thanks for ur concern sir , but m a property dealer , i have plot in valley that compels me to take interest in this project, u can get a good plot at a very reasonable price, just search but be patiance and try to look the plot in south western area of valley like sunflower, lily , oleander , magnolia etc, best luck in ur search

Dear Sabir Shah and any others, i am happy to hear comments of some positive people. In fact this dha valley islamabad is the only viable investment scheme if executed intelligently at this point in time. Specially lily block and nearby ones. i am serving army officer and have two plots in same scheme and sharing the same to dispel any impression that only lower ranks hold plots. where in pakistan u can get a 8 marla plot in a million rupees. i guess no where. so all those who spread rumours of blocks finishing etc are real estate magnates trying to buyout schemr cheaply and make profits later onments from rocky who is
