I own a 10 marla plot in BE and my father visited site today to have additional information on possession. Possession is being give, charges 153,000 and pay rest of the installments for ph-1. I am taking the possession in a week or so inshALLAH. My father told me that few houses are under construction, beautifully developed, work in full swing on phase-2.
Once I have the possession i inshALLAH plan to start construction slowly.
