Please give your comment on the impact of Margala Avenue on Islamabad in general and on sector D-12 in particular.

Margalla Avenue will have a big impact on D-12. The price will increase about 30% with the begining of the construction of road this year and about 50% when it will complete next year.

Margala Avenue is well on the way and from GT road side about 7KM is well graded and soling is already started where as on D-12 side I my self saw heavy machinery leveling and grading and doing preparation work, I understand this road will get established before march 2013 and will have very high impact on D-12. If this link get extended to Faisal Masjid the price of D-12 will be double from now and D-12 will stand as one of the best and most beautiful sector.
