In case of DHA 8 Park View You Know It is ready. Location is great, Access Is Blocked By Ring Road , It is Not planned BY DHA so people say Infrastructure is so so, and it is surrounded by Villages. So that is the reason You see plot are available even Cheaper than Phase 6,
The Phase 6 Have Most Positive features except Its Location as compared to DHA 8 and Park view.
In Phase 8 I am very Skeptical about its level and this the Biggest question that what DHA is Planning?? to Develop Blocks where they are? [Bad] Filling [again bad] or Multiple levles [worst] Like Shalamar Bagh, DHA 8 is sheer Gambling at this stage.
I can tell you that it is Confirmed news that DHA has changed the plan and all plots On Min road [ brodway] will be having Back Towards Road. In other words they are planning to keep the level of blocks very Low than Road and want to avoid embarassement that houses can directly be watched by Anyone walking on Commercial Broadway
DHA 7 is already delivered and You Know what is it.
