It is good investment in 4 years time scale not 2 ys. Always sell a plot when possession is available and there is scattered Construction activity

Plot Prices Of DHA Lahore Phase 5 M Block(5-Ext.) Is Minimum 52 Lacs To Maximum 65 Lacs.It Is A Good Opportunity For 2-3 Year And 2nd Option Is DHA Lahore Phase 9 Files

I am fully convinced that DHA-9 when ever will get launched it price will not be less then 55 lac which was for DHA-8 3 years ago. Even if we assume the same price the file price should ne 45 Lacs,

I believe DHA-9 is for sure launched in two year time maximum therefore DHA-9 is BEST BUY at present.
