DHA Phase 6 Vs Phase 8,

Salam,

I want to buy plot either in DHA phase 6 or phase 8.
My main purpose to buy plot is to have own house after 1 or 2 years. But i also want to buy plot which can return me with good increase in land value after 1 to 2 years.

I desperately need an expert advice on my following thoughts:-

1)Which DHA Phase (6 or 8) still have potential to give good return in 2 years time.

2)Which block of phase (6 or 8) have potential to give good increase.

3) If i buy plot in phase 6 (Block B/C) having 85to 90 Lakh price then will it be wise decision. How much increase in value it can have after 2 years or it already reached its max.

4) Phase 8 no development yet but prices are already very high, how much increase it can have further after 2 years.

5) Which Block of phase 8 have good potential.
