Would Newly balloted Ex-ParkView files/plots transferred to Y-Block (Lower part of Y-Block) in Phase 7 be part of these current development work as you have mentioned that machine has been placed in U-Block. Or Y-Block (Newly balloted in begining of 2012) will be developed next year or so and posession will be given accordingly?
