After Two years one will find plot in B and H Block of Phase 6 less than 12.50 Million. DHA Phase 5 rates are just like Skyscraper.After two there is huge possibility that DHA head office will move to Phase 6. In that case there will strong commercial activity and A, B, H and J are well populated at that time.
DHA Phase 8 will not be ready for house construction in next 2 years and already overpriced.Its unbelievable that W block plots rates are around 90 to 95 lacs without possession, In that case B block of dha phase 6 will around 120 lacs.
There is no doubt about Parkview location but no time frame for clearance of pockets as it surrounded by Villages.
