Please any contractor with great reputation reply . I am purchasing a 5 Marla Plot in PAK ARAB Society on Ferozepur Road . I want to construct it . I am a Pakistani Australian working for Shell Exploration in Oman .
1.What would be the construction cost for 5 marla house ?I need good construction .
2. Is PAK Arab free from Qabza and other Property issues ?

Go to Bahria and found some golf course facing plot.
PAK ARAB is not a good location.
Development and maintenance is also poor. |

i'm shocked on this comment PAK arab is not good location, & Bahria town is good location. what a funny. Yes its correct that maintaince standard not good as Bahria but over all its good. Goo a head its have no dispute sechme. No Qabza or property issue but only few plots have clearnes issue from LDA so its better 1st confirm from LDA office than deal, further good construction cost on 5 marla double story will be 22 to 25 lacs |
