I have a 1 kanal plot in B block in HBFC. Last estimate I had on its price was between 35 and 40 lacs.
What is beyond my understanding is that even dha 9 file is going to cost 28+15=43 Lac and possession is going to be atleast 10 years away in a worser location. Still my plot is worth less then that and everything else in vicinity. Sui Gas, DHA 5 ext.....and not to mention DHA 5.
My question is this? Is there any reasonable prospect for this to gain relative value against its surroundings? Should I hold this or sell it and take proceeds outside country?

I want to ask the same question as well. My 1Kanal Possession plot in State Life Phase E block is worth atleast 35 Lakh. What is it's chances of increasing as everything in near vicinity is way above, DHA 5...DHA 5ext...Sui Gas. Can anybody reply ? Mr. Jameel (UAE) what do you think ? |

I guess we will to wait until there is construction activity. Once, that happens then people will realize this exceptional value. I am not selling this until atleast 50 lac. |
