I wanna invest 15-18 lac rupees in property for 3 years time with some good return. I shortlisted some schemes but still confused. Based on your experience, please suggest me what are the best option in this range.
1.NFC phase 2 - one kanal
2.LDA avenue - 10 marla
3.Jubilee town - 10 marla
4.Bahria - 5 marla
5.DHA town - 5 marla
6. fazayia - 10 marla
7. any other better option.

I suggest you also consider AWT 2 (Army Welfare Trust) Lahore. All facilities available and some houses / plazas have already been constructed. With your budget you can have 1 kanal fully developed plot there. Good luck! |
