Hi I have a plot In DHA and i want to do the construction its a corner 1 kanal plot in DHA-1 islamabad. Any one can please advise the construction cost of (basement, Ground floor and ist floor). I just want to find out how much budged should i need to complete the A type construction. I will really appreciate your valued advise.

Your House Basement Cost is Rs.2800/= per sft.
and Ground floor and first floor Rs.2600 sft. |

suppose my covered area is 3300 sq ft how would that work with basement, Ground Floor and first Floor.
