Hi I have a plot In DHA and i want to do the construction its a corner 1 kanal plot in DHA-1 islamabad. Any one can please advise the construction cost of (basement, Ground floor and ist floor). I just want to find out how much budged should i need to complete the A type construction. I will really appreciate your valued advise.

This usual Cost for Ground and 1st Floor
Grey structure only 1000 per Square foot
Complete Construction B Class [good]finish 1800
Complete Construction A Class 2200 per Sq Foot
Basement add 500 per square feet to all above price.
Too Much detailed Maps cost a bit more
Thekedar type Maps with less Covered area and and cost saving can save upto 25% Cost.
Rough estimation is about 90 Lac to cror |

Thanks for the info so that means basement is expensive than the other stories why is that??? suppose its 3300 sqft covered area so it means complete construction of the house(basement, Ground floor and ist floor) would cost me

i have 1 kanal plot and want to construct a house of 3800sqft covered area (ground + first floor),can somebody update me with the following rates please;
1- approximate material cost only upto grey finish=?(in case if give it on labor rate)
2- per square foot cost for grey finish only=? (in case if i go for contractor)
3-per square foot cost of complete finish with B class=?( in case if i go for complete construction )
