Are there any concerns in buying a corner or prime location plot in undeveloped sectors for change/revision of maps or change of location of plot?

I mean if u pay extra cost for a special plot now and by the time it comes to posession, can FGECHS OR CDA change ur plot location?

For example they have substantially revised G14 map so many new plots r created resulting in some corner plots to become general plots.

Can the experts or experienced people shed some light on it. I m planning to buy a prime location plot in g14/2 but am converned if FGECHS can change its location or create mpre plots next to it?
