DHA Lahore Phase 8 Development Update 15th September 2012.,

The DHA Lahore Phase 8 development work in T, U, V, W and Y block is going on at fast pace. Right Now there is no development work in X and S block .Currently NLC is working on Ground Leveling in all blocks. The T block Village will be there in future.

The Plots near nearest to Broadway in W and T Block has got maximum gain due to this Development work but other plots are also selling at premium depending on location. The S block is still undervalued and will get gain because it is closer to Lahore School of Economics and Main Boulevard and commercial. The Commercial rates are also very healthy but trading is slow because of difference between demand and offer.

What is the future of X Block, specially 100ft road plots facing village? I have one between , can u please give estimation of that plot? should i keep this or sell it?

Can you upload some pictures of the Development work in the mentioned blocks.

and when do you think the W block will be given in possession of the owner.
What about the CCA2 in W block will that also be developed in W block , may be in 2 more years or it will take 3 years more to get possession.

I dont think X block is good for living and investment due to many pockets in this sector,may be W,T will be goo for living but DHA 8 is already overpriced.

X Near between 1090 to 1100 can be sold around 65 to 68 Lacs. It is very hard to stand buyer of such locations.The X block pockets may or may not be cleared in future but cant predict at moment. DHA buy more time for clearance of pocket therefor they do not start development there right now.

@ Ahmad,
If DHA keep development process continuous then there is possibililty of possession in 2014 or early in 2015 of W block but nothing is confirmed until announce officially.CCA 2 is also developed with W block.CCA 1 work is not started yet.
