Other Brothers, If you know any error(s), please make correction by giveing some logical argument. Saying "it's totally wrong" or "these prices are far more than the market" is not a amicable response.
Any rates posted on the website are "rough order of magnitude" only. For example in D-12 a 40 * 80 plot was sold on my street for 162.5 million (vs range 11 - 15 million posted by Javaid bhai). It's public record and anyone can validate with CDA. Javaid bahi had given "ranges". I am sure some other plot of the same size had for less than 11 million, in this sector/category.
In any case, these are "ranges" and exceptions are always there. When some one does a good faith job, such as by posting these rates, please encourage vs. being antagonistic.
Another example of this negativity is when Mr. ZNS posted pictures of Bahria Enclave (post#60902), some of you started accused him of promoting Bahria. Some times I don't understand this desi mentality :-(
