I have posted almost similar question, my budget is 2 million.
Bahria Town: 1 or 2 guys recommend Bahria but I personally I don’t want to go with bahria.
NFC Phase 2: couple of users recommend NFC phase 2, but here I’m observing that Ahmad and Waseem both are not recommending NFC phase 2 for 3 years time of investment.
Fazaiya: one expert recommended 1 kanal for faziaya and not 10 marla.
Rest of the societies are:
LDA Avenue – 10 marla
10 marla in LDA Avenue in J-Block, I hope in 1/2 years time they will give the procession to F and J block. If you are ready for some headache and uncertainty then you can try LDA avenue.
Jubilee Town – 10 marla
In Jubilee Town is good as 10 marla procession plots are available, location is not that bad, approach is through canal, defence road and raiwind road through LDA avenue.
DHA Town : 5 marla
It starts from 19.5 to 25. I hope after 1 year it will touch 30. I’m not sure approach wise how good it will be. Someone else can comment on it. but if you wanna purchase for investment purpose and it will give good return in 2 to 3 year time.
