Well I met the authority in DHAI few days ago and inquired about DHA Valley. He told me that their is no change as far as DHA is concerned. The project is up and running and the work is going on as usual. There is no plan for reducing the number of sectors as a rumour was floating in the market.As most of the plots have been alloted to lower ranks of Army who are quite close to heart of COAS, there fore development work is going on with full speed. Since it is a huge project of almost 55000 Kanals, development will certainly take some time.
This is to quell rumours about reducing number of sectors in the DHA Valley project.

Could you advise that who did you meet in DHAI? What was their response on delay and what did they say about timelines?

coz change was imposed by court and land onwers. Due to dam issue and not acquization of land the certainity of some blocks is doubt ful , and lower cadre officials were allotted plots bcoz they will readily shift to this site who else wanna come at a far located place ??????????
1st they said that they will give the possession in 2012 and now 2013.
DHA is totally not concerned about the common person indulgement and sufferings.They should clear their position regarding the possession and development. |
