Dear You just add 500 extra cost to Basement covered area only not to all Ground and First Floor, Basement structure is expensive as it is RCC from Down to sides.
3300 Looks too small covered area if it is 3 Floors, Keep some Money for Boundary and sides other than covered areas Plus water Tank gate etc It may Cost Min 10 Lac More Plus connections
