I think D-12 prices are pretty realistic and will actually increase gradually 5-10% every quarter moving forward. This is simply due to the three rules that set the land prices anywhere in the world; location, location and location and D-12 needs no explanation in this regard. It’s the last sector that there will ever be right beside lush green Margallah hills. Demand-Supply gap and access will be even better than many other places since Margallah Avenue and 11th Avenue construction has already started (we all know that powers that be have vested interests in building this road as well as MPCHS and D-17 residents are pushing hard for early completion to connect B-17, F-17 and D-17 to Islamabad. These roads should be completed by December 2013 along with D-12 pending development in any case. Note that no other sector is going to be available for construction in real Islamabad for at least another 10-15 years, this might be the last chance actually. I'm sure that that there will be another 100 additional houses that will kick off construction within 2012. Simple does it, D-12 is an elite sector and should be treated like one. You don't argue about how expensive BMW and Benz are, if you want them you buy them. Take it or leave it.
Thank you

I sincerely suggest buyers / investors to Stand is any location of D-12 and view the scenic views of Lush green Margala Hills and Faisal Masjid in one glance and decide own their own. For me Sector D-12 is a true feature of Islamabad. |

Dear Javid, Can you guide me how much is the price for 1-Kanal, 5, 10 Marlas? From where can I find the seller of the plot? |
Ali-2 replied on Monday, September 17, 2012 10:04 AM
What is the use of location if one has to wait for half of his lifetime just to get plot Remember when D-12 was started and no. one knows till when it will be ready If development means broken roads then it is a developed sector? |
Ahmed replied on Monday, September 17, 2012 10:57 AM
I'd re-carpet the roads once the construction activities settle down. |

D-12 is not for everyone and perhaps if one wants good roads w/o class location then one should invest in other zones or elsewhere. They usually make up for the location part through good roads initially. |

@Dilshad- please don't bother- D-12 doesn't seem to your league as well. |

Dear Mr. Ahmad, Your response to Mr. Dilshad was not called for; you should appologize. @Dilshad, Best to check with a local propert dealer. Mr. Javaid Kayani had posted those rates along with those of G-13 and G-14 just a couple days ago. Please go back two days on this site and you will find them. |

No offence intended and I'm sorry if I anyone was hurt; seems like not everyone knows how to buy a property then which is ok- could have been worse. Will take it easy-Thanks for pointing it out |
