I was asked to pay around 70000/- as TIP by the property dealer who got transfered my 5M house was that some thing normal to pay that much, also what TIP stands for? I dont have any ducoment or proof of that payment as he never gave me one. Salman replied on Monday, September 17, 2012 08:47 AM
as per dictionary tip is a sum of money given to someone as a way of rewarding them for their services so basically it cud be his commission or extra money he got from you besides commission |

@Javaid. TIP stand for "Transfer of Immoveable Property". Please ask the deposits receipt/challan of TIP against that particular house and then pay to him. |
