Dear All,
I wanna invest 15-18 lac rupees in property for 3 years time with some good return. I shortlisted some schemes but still confused. Based on your experience, please suggest me what are the best option in this range.
1.NFC phase 2 - one kanal
2.LDA avenue - 10 marla
3.Jubilee town - 10 marla
4.Bahria - 5 marla
5.DHA town - 5 marla
6.any other better option.
Please feel free to make comments. Mr. Jameel and Habib please share your thoughts as well.

I think NFC-2 got the biggest potential in the increase. Bahria sector-D also a good option. Bahria is selling 10 marla in sector E with 24 month installment, pay 12-14 lacs down (reseller) and rest monthly or quarterly. |

i shall vote for Jubilee, and NFC
I my self like Jubilee I have seen the area and I think it is No different than LDA avenue 1 it is Connected to that and have better approach than deeply seated Blocks of LDA 1, Posession is available and Construction has started.It is only 2 Lac expensive than LDA 1. The only issue is that LDA Purchases are so sluggish that a guy Like me who visit Pakistan for 2 weeks cant Complete that, You need Good 6 week Visit to Pakistan to Make purchase from LDA and that too for neat and clean Property, If there is some hitch then it takes even more time. Due to this reason LDA societies are not very Popular in Overseas and hence prices are low.
NFC2 is Good for gain and you can finish the deal in one week. |

In jubilee town plus point possession and construction start prices appreciation quickly 5 marla plot gain 2 to 2.5 lac within 3 or 4 months also other plots like 3,7,10 or kanal appreciate quickly good time for making house or investment.visit the area and decided.best of luck |
