I mean two portions 2 bed + DD each on groud floor and 2 bed +DD on first floor.
Is there any restriction o such a constructions>

There should not be as long as by laws are maintained, there had been previously even violations of by lawas but was permitted by DHA, there are many houses in DHA 7 2 Kanal duplex with double gates, Many hoises Corner or triangular have Dual parking.
But what I understand they are particular about By Laws like Covered areas and clear areas, I guess they will not allow separate entrance or Duplex in One Kanal plots,
It would be worthwhile to discuss with some authorised Architect of DHA, Please inform us as well. I my self have a plot in DHA and want small units for better rental yield.
