it depends :)
if you have work, friends, family in Pindi then Bahria ph-8. I personally think that Bahria Green is over priced i.e. 48 lacs for a kanal. You could buy one in ph-7 which is more populated.

if you want to live closer to main Islamabad then Bahria Enclave. I have 10 marla and taking possession tomorrow inshALLAH. 1 kanal is b/w 60-70 lacs.

For Commercial I'll vote for Enclave but it will be at least 8-10 yrs.
Phase-8 is over commercialized but its coming up quick, ton of commercial activity. Cost/benefit, phase-8 is better.

there is no such construction activity in phase 8 , because father of my friend (clas felow) is a property dealer. so he told me that threr is a case going on betwen the villagers and bahria and villagers are at winning side so far.
i think therez a stay order in half of phase 8 . may be its an old or un authentic news.

I have my personal following plots fr sale in Bahria Town , Phase - 8 Rawalpindi:-
A - 532, 1 Kanal, due installments paid demand Rs. 3,000,000/-
P - 604, 1 Kanal, Corner, due installmets paid, demand is Rs. 2.200,000/-

can u pls tel me development status of bahria town phase 8 sector f2 my plot # is 387 . i am in lahore and not able to see development and wht about additional development charges is it implement on F 2.

I have three 7 Marla (200-Square Yards) Corner plots in J-Block, Bahria Town Phase-8. The plot numbers are: 255-J, 273-J, and 285-J.

My demand for each of these plots is 650000 (Six Lac Fifty thousand).
