Dear friends,need your respective advise regarding construction of building total area 1860 sqft access to 3 roads 2 sided corner plan is to construct parking in the basement by going in depth 3 feet from ground level and to come up 3 feet above ground level,shops constuction 7 shops 10 by 20 each. Above 3 floors with 6 flats 1250 sqft each PROBLEM IS THAT WATER LEVEL BENEATH THE EARTH IS AT 4.5 FEET. should i go for complete RCC BASEMENT or construct shops by raising the ground on outer side of th plot and inner side should be diggrd 3 feet down and bring up to the level of 3 feet above to the level of shops and made rcc basement.benefit from the option 1 is that you will get more space in the basement but seems to be much more expensive in option 2 very limited space in basement but it seems to be economical.
