I have Budget of 6.5M +/_ , and want to buy 1kanal Plot in Phase-8 LHR.Please suggest which Block of Phase-8 is better for costruction of House or Investment purpose in 2 to 3 years time in this budget.Valuable advice from respected members will be highly appreciated.

For investment, think of S-block and for house construction go for possessioned area, you can check G-block but you need to increase your budget arround 70-75 lac. |

S blcok? to me it seems to be one of the worst blocks due to far end location. Probably you mean in this prices he can get only in S block of DHA 8? |

S block is the only block without pits and its location is very good as well. If one can wait for the construction of house, this is the best option. |
