Go to lda office in johar town, there go to the one window operation section and tell them you want to transfer. the seller should also be there with you. you should have sale deed with you. they will take the sale deed and give you a date for transfer. you need to buy the requried value stamp papers from state bank. then on that transfer date you go to the lda office with stamp paper and demand draft of plot price. they will take your and the sellers photographs and ask you if you have settled money related matters with the seller. there you need to give the demand draft to the seller. lda will give you a date to collect the transfer papers. the transfer paper shall have your photo as new owner, the sellers photo as old owner. |
