Want to sell my semi completed house,,

AoA,
I want to sell my one kanal plot with semi complete structure .It includes drawing , tv room, kitchen store, 3 beds in total ( ground floor with two bedrooms and first floor with one bedroom) in River garden society Islamabad.
I am selling it due to shortage of cash, otherwise i was building this house for my own family.
You can see and evaluate the construction , it is pretty good.
location is also nice and very scenic.
