I see cannabis on the list, isn't that marijuana? Thought that is a no-no.

Yes Cannabis is Marijuana, locally known for 'Bhang' or it's resin 'Charas'. It grows in wild in Punjab. Even in cities it naturally grows at places like unmaintained canal banks and graveyards.

Also, it won't be surprising if some 'entrepreneurs' grow it to cater local demand.
